The task
Sana Ali suddenly collapses beside a treatment trolley. She is represented by a manikin. Casey is nearby, and the ward AED is available. Assess her, describe the nursing response and hand over to the responding team. Clinical findings come from the examiner.
What this station tests
- An advised shock requires everyone clear and attention to oxygen safety.
- Resume CPR immediately after an AED shock.
- Document the actual sequence without inventing return of circulation.
