How our practice is made

Every station is original, with invented patients. Each one is written from public clinical guidance and goes through independent AI clinical review before release. We do not collect recalled exam questions or copy exam examples or marking sheets.

Online practice helps you rehearse clinical reasoning and communication. It cannot assess physical technique or predict your exam outcome, so combine it with in-person skills practice.

Who runs it

OSCE Test is run by PTE Study Pty Ltd, Australia. We are independent of every regulator named on this site.
