The task

Miguel Ramos has recovered from a treated low glucose episode at home. You are handing over to RN Alex Morgan for continued supervision. Use ISBAR to transfer the ongoing care plan and document the receiving nurse’s acceptance. The patient answers personal questions; the examiner supplies requested examination findings. RN Alex Morgan is available.

What this station tests

• A better glucose reading does not remove sulfonylurea recurrence risk.
• Handover must distinguish completed rescue from checks and transfer still pending.
• Name the receiving nurse and obtain a read-back of the next action.
